My goal with every project is to be realistically naive.

Instead of fighting constraints like time and budget, be realistic and lean into them. Use them to make the work better. At the same time, hold onto that naive creative belief that every project, no matter how small, is a chance to make something great.

That approach helped me run massive brands like eBay, Verizon and Target. I’ve successfully led global teams through a constant stream of overlapping projects each with their own unique challenges, clients and goals.

Despite that I’ve been told many times that I have calming presence.

In my spare time, I’ve directed a few short films that have screened on the festival circuit and was nominated for Best Short at the 2024 New York International Festival.
